● CHTZ
The
construction and design features
a)
Type
CHTZ boiler feed water pumps are horizontal spilt double casing arranged
impeller in the same direction. The advantage is to short radial and axial
dimensions. Decrease space transition flow passage and pump volume, increase
the integral reliability and shorten the occupying space.
b)
The pump
cartridge of type CHTZ pump can be interchanged with that of type CHTA pump
without changing the outline dimensions ,pump barrel and rotor of the original
type CHTA. The pumps have high versatility degree and applicability.
c)
The
horizontal spilt inner casing of type CHTZ boiler feed pump is integrally connected.
To compare with the pump cartridge fitted with ring section multi-stage
diffuser with stage casing, eliminate drnamic and static errors caused by
muti-position fiting clearance and largely increase the integral constructional
rigidity of pump cartridge and the reliability of pump unit.
d)
To compare
with ring section boiler feed pump, the pump cartridge of type CHTA boiler feed
pump can be drawn out. After-open horizontal spilt inner casing, the rotiting
and static parts of each stage can be overhauled without dismantling
impellers(heit or sliding fit) one by one.Make the dismantlement and
maintenance facilitated and greatly shorten the overhauling time to increase
the utilization ratio of boiler.
e)
Adopting
finite element method to carry out comprehensive analysis, calculation and
design for horizontal split inner casing,Fully consider to meet the requirement
of strength,rigidity and make the deformability of inner casing caused by
uneven temperatures site minimum.
f)
Wet area
of flow passage of feed water pump is less, it is facilitated to be polished
and favorable to increasing the efficiency of pump.
g)
After
dynamic balance of rotor is carried our, it is allowable for pump to not be
dismantled again.This can ideally keep the original dynamic balance accuracy
and it is favorable to the reliable operation of pump.
h)
Type
GHTZ feed water pumps perform ZN57083 quality control code.
i)
The
outline dimensions, driven method,mechanical seal system, supervision
,protection and performance parameter etc.are the same as type CHTA high
pressure boiler feed water pump.
