CHTA HIGH PRESSURE BOILER FEED PUMP

Type CHTA barrel pump is horizontal. multi-stae centrifugal pump but type HDSR pump is single casing horizontal, section ring pump. The components of which are same as that of CHTA except the saing. The surface of handling liquid are clad with layers of aesthetics stainless steel both the suction and discharge nozzles are upwards. The suction branch can also be downward it required.The stage casing(104) inle annulus(103) and diffuser (106) are made of chrome steel. The casing wear ring(121),diffuser bush(117),shaft(201),impeller(202) and balance disc(213) are made of special material.95% of axial thrust force are absorbed by balance device. The residual thrust force and additional axial force arisen in special working conditions are borne by thrust bearing. The mechanical sealing are used in the shaft. The heat generated by friction could be taken away by forced circulating water which will be cooled by a special cooler and filtered by a filter for the purpose of cleanness(shown in figure 2) The bearings are force lubricated through 4 oil grooves the thrust bearings are force lubricated via double injection holes. Temperature and measuring instruments are installed on the pump units.

Scope of complete set and technical service:

1,The scope of complete set includes prime driver, hydraulic coupling, gearbox,booster pump, valves, temperature and pressure elements as well as complete piping and connections. The details can be finalized during order.

2, In order to meet the customers requirement, the technical data of pump unit should be agreed by both parties, so as to meet the performance.

3, The technical service given by us are as following:

(1) Special test such as hot condition test, normal speed test before delivery for special requirement.

(2) Designing improvement essential to each special activity and coordination of relevant technical guestion.

(3) Supervision or technical assistance for erection, commissioning and start-up.

(4)To provide all technical information in time.

(5) Technical training for operators.

(6) Scope of complete set may be added or substracted and cousulted by both parties,but it should be finalized during order.
