OH46 OY55 HYDRAULIC COUPLING

Type OH46 and OY55 hydraulic coupling is high variable speed equipment,when driven by a constant speed machie, can be used to give stepless variable speed of the driven machine.This coupling is used in the drivers of boiler feed pumps. Pipleline pumps,turbo blowers,etc.

Structure:

Type OH46 and OY55 hydraulic coupling combine a step-up gear and a hydraulic coupling in a closed housing.Main parts: housing, oil tank,wheel disc, pinion, primary wheel, secondary wheel, outer shell,scoop tube , control equipment, working oil pump, lubricating oil pump,etc.

Bearings and Lubrication：

The rotating assembly is supported by sliding bearings and thrust bearings.Bearsing are pressure-lubricated. Lube oil is feed by the auxiliary oil pump and lubricating oil pump.

Drive:

Hydraulic coupling is driven by the motor through the gear type coupling,driven machines are driven by which through the gcar type coupling, when viewing from the motor end, the output shaft that is type OH46 is clockwise,the output shaft that is type OY55 is counter clockwise(maybe clockwise rotation, according to the customers requirement).
